End of my 4th In Camp Training

Hooray.. End of my 4th ICT.. and guess what. I survived the demanding week with clocking 2 important objectives I set for myself.


firstly.. it was my IPPT. The dreading thought that you have to run below 9min and 59 seconds makes me very whining and luckily, with the help of my B2, I managed to clocked in 9 min and 53 seconds which is a GOLD timing for me for my age band category and because of that, I was awarded the $400 incentive!!

secondly.. it was my shooting campaign or I should say it was "our" shooting campaign. Why "ours"? That is because the marksmen campaign is based on group effort and to qualify for it, our group effort must hit at least 80% for both day and night shoot. In total, my group scored a total of 82%. Kudos to the team.. another $200 into our individual pocket!

Every ICT gives me a different feeling at the end of the training and every ICT always give me a good chance to learn more that what I have expected. I should and will make use of this opportunity to always learn and contribute to the team.
